1. Bookings that are made and cancelled within 24 hours will incur no penalty.

2. Bookings that are made and then cancelled within 3 days of your stay date will be charged at 100% of your booking fee.

3. Bookings that are made and but cancelled with over 3 days' notice incur no penalty.

4. If you fail to show up for your booking, you will be charge 100% of your booking fee.
